Training for work and personal development
Since 2012, The Dan Eley Foundation in England has been supporting us, and since 2022, Genesis Charitable Trust has joined in, enabling us to offer free training to economically disadvantaged youth in Cali, Colombia. The programme aims to impart technical skills in a semi-skilled trade, as well as the general skills needed to adapt to working life and to improve employment opportunities for young people. The training consists of two phases, a teaching phase to develop skills and an internship phase to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in a reputable company.
The Technical Programme in Accounting Assistance allows development based on three skills: knowing, knowing how to do and knowing how to be, allowing for better performance and greater productivity in their work.
Students will obtain the necessary skills in accounting management to carry out important tasks in this area such as purchasing, inventory, collections, among others.
The students will have the ability to calculate, prepare and process invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting entries, reconciliations and other financial records, in accordance with Colombian technical standards.

The Technical Programme in Marketing and Sales Assistance allows the development of three skills: knowing, knowing how to do and knowing how to be, allowing for better performance and greater productivity in their work.
The student will develop skills related to marketing and sales, customer advice, promotion and sale of products and services, as well as after-sales activities.
The student will have the ability to generate databases of current and potential clients, support market research and develop commercial relationships, through the use of social networks and computer and communication technologies.
